A few customers were kind enough to write about their experiences working with Bridgewater Real Estate.

In 1997 my husband was transferred with his job to Winchester. The first people I met were Craig and Linda, our realtors. During the process of finding a home we found great friends. The Bridgewaters helped us in so many ways. They were our “Go To” people that we could call at a moment’s notice that would answer questions and if they didn’t know the answers they would find them for us. After living in Winchester 15 years it was time to move again. And there were the Bridgewaters once again handling the sale of our home that we so loved. Loyal, Competent, Experienced and all around “The Best” in Winchester, they are the the best of the best. Thank You for all the many years of service and friendship.

Craig and Linda Bridgewater came into my life at a time when I needed them the most. Having bought a home, but not sold one I was clueless. Craig and Linda took the time to explain the process, and helped out with whatever I needed them to do. I truly can’t expressed enough gratitude for making this process smooth. Craig and Linda treated me like I was apart of their family, and really looked out for what was in my best interest in regards to selling my father’s home. If you are looking for someone to sell your home Craig and Linda Bridgewater are who you want to go with!

“I am in the military (active duty Army). While I was deployed in Afghanistan my wife Dawn and our four children drove up from Savannah, GA, where I was stationed, to Winchester, KY to look for a house. Shortly after my return from my overseas deployment, I knew we would be moving to the Blue Grass area where I would be assigned as a military director at Blue Grass Station in Avon, Ky.

Dawn and the kids met Linda Bridgewater totally by chance. Linda immediately made a positive impression on Dawn and I remember when I talked to her on the phone to ask her how things were going, all she could do was tell me about the wonderful lady named Linda met and how helpful she was not only in helping her find a house but hosting our family to the Blue Grass area.

When I returned from deployment and drove up to Kentucky, I was able to spend quite a bit of time with both Linda and her husband Craig as well. They showed us over 20 houses in three separate counties before we finally found the perfect house, which happened to be in Winchester.

After serving nearly 20 years active duty military, my family and I have moved over 11 times and worked with many realtors. I can tell you that Linda and Craig Bridgewater are by far the most knowledgeable, and professional realtors we have ever met. They go way beyond what you would expect from a real estate agent. We could not be more pleased with our new home and with the positive experience of finding our new home because of Linda and Craig. Dawn and I are proud to call the Bridgewaters our newest friends.

The other day Bob and I were watching this show on HGTV called “Buy Me.” It seems these days we’ve developed this little addiction to shows such as this which chronicle nightmare experiences between sellers and real estate agents. Anyway, it dawned on me that at the end of our home selling experience, I loved you just as much as I did at the beginning! How many people actually dig their realtor? I bet all of yours do. When we sell again, we’ll be callin’ ya. Take care.

Linda and Craig not only helped us find a house, they have helped us make Winchester our HOME . . . The Bridgewaters are ambassadors of Winchester . . . they keep in touch and are always willing to help in the details of transition.

Linda and Craig are not only Realtors, knowledgeable of the community, etc., but they are also good friends you can rely on. When we need a Realtor again, there is only one choice — Linda and Craig Bridgewater.
